Shanghai Sense Taichi Hall ( former Shanghai international Sense TaiJi quan training center ), one of the research and promotion Chenjiagou Taijiquan health culture and practical fighting club, is founded by Mr. Shen Xiaojian, who is the thirteenth generations of outstanding heritage, come from the Taijiquan birthplace of Henan province Wen County, Chenjiagou. The are two pavilions in Shanghai,one is located in Changning road 347, Fubang Antai Hotel 4th floor, Changning District, near the Zhongshan Park and Caojiadu business center, another is located in Room 803, No 300 Laosan Road Pulian Building No1 Pudong near Lujiazui, both very convenient for transportation.


With the combination of traditional and modern style of the decoration, the pavilion creates a very strong Taijiquan health culture. It’s an excellent place for Tai Chi fitness and leisure in Changning Distric. The pavilion has open space, and ultra large landing mirror to correct and improve the pose of shadowboxing, the France imported sports floor to let the shadowboxing more comfortable. It also has outdoor space for leisure, bathroom for shower, and the storage closet as well. Standardized Teaching : the Pavilion of Tai Chi course adopt Chenjiagou standardization tutorial system, students can learn the internal "Tai Chi" tutorials, each action has the explicit detail explanation of the angle、position、direction of movement and breathing techniques, accompanied the coach’s illustration on every movement and action, and also by the individualized guidance, can let the students thoroughly understanding the meaning and contains of Yin - Yang transition and fighting skill, thus to ensure the teaching effect.

Coaching Specialization: The pavilion's coaches are all from the Taijiquan birthplace of Henan province in Wen County. They all have gone through strict training process, has a comprehensive and rich teaching experience, able to meet the students health and growth needs of Kung fu.
